Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact support for a return label (buyer pays return shipping unless defective).

Refunds

  • Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
  • Full refund to original payment method (minus shipping fees).
  • Defective/Damaged: Full refund including shipping; provide photos.

Exchanges

Exchanges for similar items available; contact us within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or used electronics (e.g., opened earbuds).
